The Big Groove 2009 =)

ytd i went to watch THE BIG GROOVE 2009. it was pretty awesome. the crews from overseas were FANTASTIC. my fav crews of the dae were O CREW from SINGAPORE, SD CREW from HONG KONG, WRECKING CREW ORCHESTRA(WCO) from JAPAN, n oso the crew which was the HIP HOP CHAMPION for 2008(forgot their name). dey were DOPE! COOL MINT from JAPAN deserves mentioning coz dey r alrdy veri talented at such a young age. i tink dey wil be EVEN BETTER when dey grow up =)


n i went to meet up wif a fren todae. while waiting for him, i went to compass point n walk walk. tink its the first time i stepped into it. i noe i damn SUAKU. haha. when i went into the G2000 shop, an auntie greeted me in a frenly tone. liked her attitude. i always rmb dat the staffs frm TOPSHOP will always greet me when i enter. i always like it when dey do so, makes me feel damn comfy. dats call gud attitude n service. at least dey made the effort to do so, n i appreciate dat =)

the weather is so cooling todae. like tis type of weather where its not 2 hot n not 2 cold =D

AWESOME!

ytd went to catch transformers at lido, finally! it was AWESOME lar! although the movie like 149 mins long, but it passed by veri fast. tis shows dat the director did well in pacing the movie. the STRAIT TIMES stil giv dem half a star out of five, dey tink damn funnie, but in fact is not. LOL!

after movie went to walk around at town abit. dropped by the nike shop at wisma and saw wad i wanted, stil deciding whether i shld get it. had dinner at the KOBAYASHI place at cineleisure.

while walking by ION ORCHARD, dey were stil touching up on the mall. so it was kinda dusty when we walked past, n the nigel used his hand to cover his ice cream coz he scared his ice cream kena polluted. damn funnie man. at cineleisure, ate ice kachang wif fc n he DESTROYED the ice kachang by toppling it. it was alrdy toppling b4 i culd realise it. lol.

gona do some stuffs now, wil be going to work later. N TMR IS THE DAE FOR 'THE BIG GROOVE'!!!! SO BLOODY EXCITED!!!!!!! wondering wad its like watching it for the 1st time.

shiok man!

firstly, i mus sae the fire drill in skl ytd is so lame. make us evacuate, den ask us walk bak to class. y not dey dismiss us for home straight away. haha. n dey keep on repeating the msg for evacuation during the drill, so irritating to the ears. n ppl were like so happie when dey noe got fire drill. when real fire i dun tink anyone can laugh lar. the IMAGE wil be ppl running around n SCREAMING 'FIRE! FIRE!'. can u all imagine it? sry ah, i smtimes hav crazy imaginations. haha.

n coz of my skl got some ppl tio H1N1, so dere wil be no skl frm todae til next wednesdae. SHIOK MAN! can rest at home. haha. although got elearning needa do at home, im fine wif it. coz deres smth called MSN n i can MASS CHAT wif frens n discuss ANSWERS! hehehe *kianfai is tinking y he so clever*. ok, i shld stop being bhb. haha.

n i shld oso be taking some time to go shop. shld be gettin pants n shoes for dancing. nid to spend money agn. haix.

anyways, hope everyone enjoy their break at home. n oso mus take gud care of yor health. coz its so dangerous now wif the H1N1. dun anyhow cough or sneeze in public. if not ppl wil throw u the *DOES TIS GUY HAS H1N1* look. coz i saw ppl giving dat look to another person when he cough on the bus a few wks bak. HAHA! IN ALL, TAKE CARE =)

ytd had bboy lesson agn! shiok man, luv the lesson ytd. learned alot of new stuffs! anyways, i told nigel dat he can hav a look at the dance studio b4 my class starts n he is so excited when he heard dat! lol. suddenly he like become a kid for dat moment. haha.


firstly, i mus compliment MISS PAU ytd. she was veri contributive during lesson. mayb she had thinner blusher on her face, so the face not dat heavy, she can tink better.(*LAME TO THE MAX) haha!

last fridae went to meet up wif an old fren. caught up quite abit coz didn wana go home so early on fridae. haha.

spent the wkends working. went to heeren to walk walk during breaktime during work on sundae. dere was bboy competition happening, but i had to leave b4 the competition starts coz needa start work. saw the 'SEXY DIAMOND' shop oso. the shirts look quite nice to me, but i sure no money buy, haha.

was expecting business at restaurant on father's dae 2 be bz. turn out it did not seem as bz as mother's dae. perhaps ppl dote on mother more. haha!

i carn stop listening to 曹格's 'SUPERMARKET'. duno y, it jus sounds nice to me. perhaps its the melody n the way the song goes. anyways, gona slp now. dun wana be late for skl tmr. hehe. hav a great wk ahead ppl =)

ok, the 1st wk of skl after holidaes is gone. needa try to pick myself up frm next wk onwards, coz like slacking all the way tis wk. lol.

fridae went to had my monthly haircut and my hairstylist had a new hair colour done on her hair, quite nice to me. she cut super fast todae, less than half an hour, lol. thanks for the haircut celeste =) after dat went to have dinner wif fren, and slacked n chat.

gona attend the asia hip hop festival - THE BIG GROOVE next wk. looking forward to the event, shld be an eye opener for me. wil be working for the wkends. money will nv be enuf to earn finish. haha. hope everyone hav a great wkend =D

nth to do

todae had hip hop lesson, was quite fun. kept on using muscles to contract n sorts of stuff like dat. todae the faci in skl was like SO HIGH. he kept on saeing funnie stuffs. the word octopus he said as OCTOPUSS. i tink onli he can translate the word until like dat. haha. recently hav been addicted to 戴佩妮 songs. got a couple of her new songs quite nice. it sounds veri true n sincere. u can realli feel the music in yor body if u listen deeply. luv tis type of song which gives me tis feeling. oso hav been addicted to insomnia by craig david since i heard it in the studio recently. hope tmr lesson wil not be 2 boring. lol.(*smiles faintly)

todae had the 1st dance lesson in skl, bboy. lesson was stil pretty alrite, was more detailed compared to the lesson at bootcamp. but i tink i strained my muscle at the joint at the thigh(*clumsy rites), hope it doesn affect me for hip hop tmr.

anyways, tmr wil a damn freaking long dae. coz got a stupid test needa retake, which is like freak waste time. after dat stil needa rush dwn for dance lesson.

rite now, im jus taking my first wk of skl as warming up for the new semester. huever in same grp as me, hope u all can understand im not slacking. im jus gettin used to the pace agn. haha =)

bak to skl

bak to skl todae after 2 wks break. haven even enjoy the break n im bak in skl agn. lol. anyways, everyone was like stil in holidae mood in class, mostly were slacking til the end of the dae. haha. hope everyone, including me, take the 1st wk as warming up for skl. hav a great 10 wks ahead ppl =)

jus a feeling ...

todae purposely took bus 93 to queensway, so dat i culd SOMEHOW relieve some memories in sec skl. bus 93 was the bus i took everydae to skl during secondary. todae i saw dat most of the construction around the area was mostly completed. when i passed by my skl, nth realli came into my mind, or i forgot, im not sure. after some time, i passed by macritchie reservoir n i rmb i ran dere during my annual cross country. always managed to get the top 50 for every year, except sec 4, coz it was at bishan park, which i slowly ran but i didn noe it was a SHORTER ROUTE(i conserved my energy), so was kena cheated. hahaha, no excuse though.

anyways, i was on a double deck 93 bus, which means is dat type no air con one. i always like tis feeling of the wind blowing against my hair. i felt so carefree, jus without worries for dat particular moment. i carn explain dat, but i jus like it. but i dun like the part where my hair is being blown out of shape by the wind. do anyone out dere hav tis type of special moment? =D

woke up at 1pm todae, i myself carn believe dat. coz i dun wake up so late one. anyways, went to sentosa ytd wif classmates, n got myself sunburnt, hahaha. i wanted to get tanned, so didn plan to put any sunblock b4hand. now the top part of my back is like BURNING! lol. like myself getting the tanned look agn. coz im like so SKINNY, if i dun get tanned, i look like a WHITE SKELETON, which looks so unhealthy to me.

n to reveal a thought of mine recently ... last wk, i jus had tis sudden thought to go abroad for a couple of daes jus to like SOMEHOW take a break. like jus pack some clothes into a bag, grab the passport, without telling anyone, jus leave like dat. sounds CRAZY, but im willing to try dat out one dae! i carn do dat now, coz i hav no MONEY! HAHAHA!

felt relief man ...

ok. actually i was VERY VERY HIGH when i knew the results jus now. but i calm dwn for some time alrdy. to cut it short, i got into dance in skl, felt damn relieved. was searching for my USER ID at the results page. i searched it for like duno how long b4 i finally found my USER ID. my heart skipped a beat dat time, coz realli culdn believe it. ok lar, i noe i sae until abit drama.

ok, so i got in. everyting starts frm scratch. congrats to those hu got in n those hu didn get in, stick to yor passion for dance. i tink deres a hidden potential in everyone, jus not yet discovered.

woke up at around 11am todae. slpt after 4am ytd coz culdn slp at 2am, so listened to music all the way til around 4am. jus b4 trying to get to slp at 2am, i jus sat on the sofa n stare into space. but in fact, my mind was stil at dance camp.



firstly, i mus apologise for the long story in my previous post coz i realli wanted to sae out the experience. anyways, i tink my chances of passing the 2nd audition is slim as my other grp members r stronger than me in this aspect. most of dem had dance background compared to me.


nvm, should stop trying to be emo. hahaha. gona go out now, tink wil post when im bak. have a nice dae ppl =)

the music plays on

the past 2 daes im at a dance camp in skl. i mus sae i had a fun time man, seriously.


lets tok abt the 1st dae of camp. everyone was divided into grps of 10 n we were asked to choreograph a dance as a whole grp for a dance exam on the 2nd dae of camp. we attended classes on hip hop n bboy. firstly, let me elaborate on the lesson of bboy.


of coz b4 having a dance lesson, u will be expected to warm up rites. n yeah, the warm up is a physical training man! haha. the warm up mostly consists of us having to balance on our legs n doing some moving on the legs by balancing the whole body. by looking at the instructor rites, he did it like no kick! lol. i was like going .!@# of coz we nv sae out lar. haha. but by doing tis, it shows me dat its not so ez in order to master bboy-ing. but somehow the way the instructor teach bboy, my interest in bboy was stronger than previous.


after a short break of less than 15 mins, we proceeded to the class of hip hop. overall hip hop was more relax. the warm up part was quite special as i tink it involves some popping action which i did it like so weird. when i looked into the mirror, seriously i tink i did those popping actions like a retarded. haha!


toking abt the choreography our grp did, we did not complete it on day 1 unlike some teams hu did so. i was damn worried abt it b4 i went to slp on dae 1, i tink some of my grp members oso share the same sentiments as me. we wanted to keep on practising even when the seniors said LIGHTS OUT at 10pm. i culdn slp initially n i stil culdn slp when i felt tired. in the meantime, i chatted wif some of my grp members n dere were some crazy ideas being raised up. an eg. is ROLLING our bodies in the HALL n in the DARK. LOL RITES?! of coz we nv do it lar, haha. b4 we like finally slp i tink is 2 plus in the morning, i said some lame jokes jus for entertainment. lol.


fast forward to dae 2 which is the dance exam dae! my grp was rushing the final choreograph for the whole dance n it was stressful man. we had to race against time n we realli dun feel like eating lunch due to us not completely familiar wif the steps. enuf of the details ...

the time shows 2.30pm in the noon n we proceeded to the studio for our dance exam. my grp finally did the proper dance as a grp b4 the dance exam. cutting short of details, my grp went last out of the 6 grps for the dance exam. we were given 2 tries for the dance. our 1st try for the dance was in a mess. the 2nd one was better but we stil didn perform up to our standard. we were abit disappointed as we felt we somehow wasted our chance.

i tink some members in my grp should go through tis 2nd audition, which is the dance exam as i tink dey realli hav the talent for dancing. overall, i like the grp's 'NEVER SAY DIE' attitude even though we haven perfect the dance in the closing moments. i realli had a great time in tis camp wif u all n hope u all dun giv up yor passion for dance.

jus a feeling

ytd went out wif some E36R ppl n we went to bowl n pool. at first i tot i wuld be owned at pool, but in fact i won 2 games due to some sheer luck. oso, the opponent culd not realli find his stroke for dat 2 rounds. haha. for dinner, we ate burger king at plaza sing n some of my classmates were laughing at the way i eat. lol. tis the the 1st time dat someone laughs at the way i eat. perhaps, one dae i shld realli look in the mirror n c the way im eating. of coz im jus kiddin, coz i wun do smth so LAME. haha! i dun mind u ppl laughing as long as i bring laughter to yor lives! =)

tmr is the dae for the dance camp. was experiencing a weird feeling for the event. duno whether its excited or worried, jus unexplainable. hope tings wil go well for the next 2 daes, jus gona try my best! =D

a random dae ...

went to parkway walk walk in the noon. shopped around n bought a few tings i needed. culd c quite alot of shops having sale, due to the great singapore sale i tink. the cd shop, 'SEMBAWANG' was having most items i tink at 50% off. but i didn buy any coz im not realli into CDs n movies. haha.

went to one of my fav shops, which is 'BORDERS'. wanted to get national geographic magazine, but the content does not realli interest me. in the end i jus browsed around.

n for no reason, duno y, im obsessed wif drinking milo tis 2 daes. its lame i noe. haha =)
