hmms ... last dae of 2009 alrdy. fast eh? tis year passed by quite fast for me.

starting of the year, work work work to wait for admission into poly. get into poly alrdy,
everydae go skl.

den slowly, dance came into my life, made my schedule even tighter.

n den *POOM*. everyone starting to go christmas christmas.

B4 u noe it, THE NEW YR IS COMING ... LOL!

anyways, ytd went to esplanade dere to watch a battle between different crews. my skl the crew, SGC was invited to battle. so of coz i go n support lar. hahaha. SGC made it into the semis n i realli feel quite proud for dem. overall as a crew, dey seemed quite composed compared to other crews. anyways, in the end, freakzy nutz won.

THOUGHTS ...

how shld i describe 2009 eh? shld be a yr of more gud comapred to bad ba. one of the tings is i came into contact wif dance. an aspect i always wanted to try out 3 yrs ago. went to rp n get to noe some great ppl hu i will nv forget in the yrs to come. tink dats all i wan to sae. as for the coming yr ... resolutions are jus not for me. best is try to live everydae to the fullest as possible. at least at the end of next yr, i noe i didn regret any decision i made. i dun tink i regretted doing anyting tis yr =)

went to catch avatar on mondae. not 2 bad the show. given 2 h n 30 mins, it didn make me feel bored at any point of time. the graphics, story etc, everyting was nice.

todae went to work. brought zhongwen n giselle along to try working at my workplace. hope dey liked it working over dere.

3 movies i wana catch b4 skl reopens. avatar, bodyguards n assasins, sherlock holmes.

needa catch dem b4 holidae ends. if not skl start ler most prob no chance to catch it, always due to last min stuffs n etc.

jus now(fridae) went to plaza sing n had manhattan fish market for dinner. wasn as nice as i expected. after dat went to L4D agn. apparently, L4D is not dat fun when u jus plae wif a couple of frens. todae was supposed to sort of celebrate christmas. but den got quite a shock when i was told dat our outing sort of cancelled. LOL. in the end we stil managed to meet, even though is jus 3 of us. *phew*

SGC BBQ!

jus now(wednesdae) went to senior jason hse at serangoon for bbq. overall was gud, the ppl, the food etc. at least i did smth useful, which was to cook food for ppl to eat. hahaha. towards the end of the event, had a game of bball wif outsiders in the dark coz dey off the lightings alrdy. but den it was a gud game, felt gud touching bball agn =)

had a gift exchange wif senior fifi. quite an unexpected gift, but it was alrite. thanks! =D

hmms. halfway through the holidae. all i can sae is im getting ample rest for myself. 2 more daes to christmas. although nv realli celebrate christmas all my life, but by going out for a simple lunch or dinner wif frens is enuf for me. christmas doesn needa be abt exchanging gifts or wad. its abt how n hu u spent it wif =)

ST JAMES !!!

jus woke up around an hr plus ago after toning through the nite at st james n L4D2.

ytd went to st james wif giselle, deyou, zhongwen, ying xin n it was quite a wrong decision to reach st james at 4 plus in the noon. apparently the flea market is not for guys so we jus tagged along wif the gals to c around. lol.

the bands started to perform round 7 plus in the nite n den we jus sat throughout the event until 12am like dat den it offically ended. giselle's fren band was gud. their overall performance was veri stable. although dey got the occasionally screams, everyting else was gud. dere was another band dat is not 2 bad oso. dey seemed quite young for their age, named face off if im not wrong. the last band wore until veri nice, wear blazers seh. dey all look veri professional.

actually got some bands sing metal one. den all their singing was screaming. those type i dun realli understand. i jus sit dere, listen wif a blur cock face. hahaha.

after all the bands performed, dere was party going on. at 1st danced at powerhse, but den 2 crowded alrdy, went to boiler room. dere was more spacious, so danced dere until 3am like dat. the zhongwen duno siao or wad. at powerhse dere dance until stand on the table. i was like, "omg, dats not my fren". hahaha! a coincidence to c cherie at powerhse oso.

after all the dancing, cabbed dwn to middle road dere n hav prata. following dat we went to nearby n played L4D2. yea!!! L4D2 agn!!! whoots!!! played until halfway den giselle's bro n his fren came n we finished at around 6 in the morning like dat. i didn noe dat the whole lan shop left us onli. LOL. after dat took bus 65 home n culd not stop yawning on the way bak. haha.

it was quite a great dae for me. 1st time goin into powerhse. n den spending a dae without any worries, jus letting time flies. i loved it =)

A FUN DAE OUT!!!

ytd went out wif giselle, deyou, zhongwen. we went to sing k at liang court partyworld. our mr deyou, aka spasm face got quite high at the start. den halfway he sing sing sing, the voice starting to no voice alrdy. veri funnie. after dat he got his solo for the eminem song. wahs, veri veri funnie. giselle sibei cute. at 1st sing so soft coz she nv go k b4. mus sing louder den the mic can project yor voice ma. haha. zhongwen singing not 2 bad oso. everyone can sing eh ^^

after dat dinner at dhoby gaut food court. AND AFTER DAT ..... L4D2 !!!!!!

1st time playing L4D2. my teammate was zhongwen n it was like 3v2. although was at disadvantage, we stil managed to survived in the end! hahaha! yingxin was so funnie! always standing in the open n let me kill her. HAHAHA! love to be the infected. sibei shiok. always camp until nice nice den ATTACK!!! COOL COOL =)

anyways, going to st james tis sundae for a sound series event. 1st time going to st james. yea! excited =)

todae went to catch 'storm warriors' at illuma. 1st time watching a movie dere. the seats veri spacious for my long legs. lol. storm warriors was ok lar. the effects were kinda cool, but some scenes were kinda noisy. overall, 3/5 for the movie. the ending was sad ...

holidaes start next tuesdae. dun intend to work so much tis time round. wana get more rest. i can earn all the money i wan during chinese new yr period. haha!

i heard frm my frens dat the holidae tis time round is like onli 3 wks. wth. dats like freaking short. i tink i will onli work on wkends for tis holidae. might be going for dance classes outside to gain some exposure.

DEBUT SHOWCASE PERFORMANCE!!!

finally it was dec 8 ytd(tuesdae). it was the dae for my debut showcase performance. a heavy load was lifted off my shoulders when everyting ended. it was realli a tough month for me b4 tis. eveydae go home around 9 to 10 plus. reach home confirm earliest is 12am. everyting is over now n the time spent to prepare for it was worthwile =)

anyways, everyting ended in a gud note. no major flops. thanks to all hu came dwn to support me. be it the seniors or my classmates. dey were great. especially junyang, hu took quite a few nice fotographs. shall upload dem once i get it frm him. i tink dec 8 was a dae everyone of us danced their hearts out. it was a memorable dae for me =)

Freshie Debut Performance: Drop 'N' Out

8TH DECEMBER 2009, REPUBLIC POLY, SOUTH AGORA, 5PM. FRESHIE DEBUT PERFORMANCE.

actually wanted to blog ytd, but i jus fell aslp in front of the com after coming bak frm dance in skl (on fridae).

our preview for zaini was better than we expected. i tink it realli boosted our team's morale. im so guilty for stepping on giselle's mask b4 my team's preview. im so relieved dat the damage done was not 2 much.

went to work todae (sat), even though my legs were tired from all the dancing tis wk. working for weddings always makes me envious. hahaha.

coming tuesdae (december 8) will be the dae for the debut performance. realli looking forward to it. i encourage all my frens to come n watch. i hope u all will understand y i rejected all yor offers of going out n stuffs after watching tis performance.

i dedicate tis performance to my team N the ppl hu has supported me all tis while =)

todae is dec 1 alrdy. how fast time flies. at the end of the month everyone will be counting dwn to year 2010. LOL. 7 mnths ago we were like so excited abt going to poly N now we r alrdy counting dwn to a new yr.

veri veri tired recently. one more wk to go n i can have my well-deserved rest. felt quite relieved ytd as we finally had some headway.

i miss working, coz got no extra cash. nvm, tis sat will be working! =)

ok, jus now was kind of moodless. but forget it, jus hope tmr will be better.

ytd went to grand hyatt hotel for wedding dinner. sibei shiok, long time nv go wedding dinner liao. the food offered quite a spread seh. got abalone, fish, chicken, prawn, scallop. the emcee for the event nv ask us to stand during the "yum seng" part until the final toast, sibei jialat man. i tink he 2 immersed in the food liao. hahaha!

jus now went to watch 'a christmas carol' at lido. the show was like okok. doesn mean its not nice, jus dat its not dat fantastic oso. but the animation was realli quite nicely done. although the movie is called 'a christmas carol', it doesn even seem a relaxing n entertaining show. it was more like a horror movie. HAHA. after dat went to ION to donate some lego bricks for charity coz kept seeing the commercial on tv. hope my contribution helps someone out dere =)

FRIDAE FRIDAE FRIDAE

fridae nite stayed bak after skl to catch THE TANGO PROJECT featuring ZAINI. the whole ting was quite nice except the indian dance part, seriously. no offence to the indians though, but their dance was realli veri dry! the whole part of tis dance performance was to dance to tango music. frm the indian dance's item, i cnnt realli c any indian dance aspect in their dance. the item was way 2 long for jus 2 persons to carry it through.

modern dance, chinese dance, n the others did well overall.

chinese dance managed to highlight their performance using colourful costumes. it looked even nicer when their steps were in sync.

modern dance was nice in a way it seemed calm n graceful.
another item by a grp of ladies wearing blue was nice in a way their formation was realli smooth.

most imptly, i saw ZAINI danced for the first time n it was pretty gud. to me, i tink dats not all he has. im sure i can c him doing a better job for other more major performances.

a surprise of the nite was i saw my working partner at my workplace on stage dat nite. i didn expect to c him on stage coz i didn noe he was performing for tis performance. halfway through the starting i noticed the guy on stage looked quite familiar n it was realli him after confirmation. was quite surprising to c him, coz he was frm LASELLE, so i wuld sae its a coincidence. nice one TONY! =)

studied abit for test in the noon and went out at nite to hav dinner at orchard. had the kobayashi jap fast food at cinileisure n went to the SHOKUDO COFFEE HOUSE for dessert.

CHRISTMAS IS COMING PPL! =D

was in quite a gud mood jus now coz SHARIFAH showed me our team's choreo n i realli liked it. NICE! =)

my gud mood caused me not to fall aslp on the bus on the way home. hahaha.

great dat i found my motivation to keep myself dancing for tis coming month. its one month my god, but i can pull it through =)

haven even rest enuf den got new stuffs coming up. sometimes its realli freaking contradicting. somemore now got UT, makes it even worse.

i foresee a busy month ahead.

ok, its kind of late now, but hu cares, coz i feel like blogging. haha.

jus now was reading newspaper n saw tis article which the content was quite true in some ways. i jus summarise in a sentence. it said, "although we tend to be very weak n fragile when we r sick, as we lay on the bed staring at the ceiling, reflecting what has been happening around us, we tend to c things the clearest at dat point of time".
it jus sounded meaningful to me, so i thought i might as well note it dwn.

next i saw the cover of the chinese newspaper wif big title at the front saying. "ITE student became the restaurant manager of a sweedish restaurant". after reading the article, i found out dat the restaurant is MARCHE, located at vivocity. he became the restaurant manager after jus 2 yrs at MARCHE.
i always believe dat, doesn mean dat if ur from hwa chong or raffles den ur a big shot. at the end of the dae, hu can make the most money, be a useful person, hav an impact on the society, den is the ultimate winner.

we nid the innovative n creative cell in the brain to be successful, not the cell which allows u to memorise the whole textbook. hehe =)

finally i can slp one whole dae without waking up early. ytd danced in skl until 9 plus den went to eat buger king b4 heading home. i put myself to slp once i sat on the bus coz was realli damn tired. i make it a point now to set alarm b4 i slp on the bus. if not i overstop den gg liao. hahaha. on the way home, dragged my soul-less body all the way n walked realli damn slow. quickly head off to bathe after dat went to slp immediately not knowing dat I FORGOT TO DO MY RJ!!!

anyways, preview ytd went quite successful. 2 takes n OK =) guess zaini was in quite a gud mood ytd oso. lol. my sweatpants almost dropped during the preview coz i try to make myself so expressive until my shoe hook the back part of my sweatpants unexpectedly n it shifted dwn a little. heng i quickly pull it bak up on the next move. LOL. wad a relieve!

will be heading off to work at the newly located workplace. wonder how is the crowd over dere.

next thursdae, REFLECTIONS OPENING, 4.30PM, SOUTH AGORA. WILL U PPL BE DERE? COZ I WILL DANCE FOR U ALL =)

wahs. i like veri long nv blog liao. coz the same ting has been happening everydae, so i didn noe wad to blog abt oso. coz got REFLECTIONS opening coming up next wk, so everydae after skl dance, everydae after skl dance, everydae after skl dance, everydae after skl dance. dats wad happened everydae lor.

and now into 3rd wk of skl alrdy. everyting is happening so fast. LOL. after interacting wif more classmates over the past 2 wks, most of dem sae i damn quiet. coz i jus felt veri strange coming bak to skl i tink. another ting is coming bak to skl like nth to me, coz most of my holidae i oso come bak to skl. LOL. dats y i like dun feel veri responsive to the tings happening around me.

jus now was watching all the videos ppl posted on facebook. some realli damn funnie man. had a gud laugh! thanks ppl! =)

currently listening to TRY by ASHER BOOK. haven listened to it for the past 2 wks i tink. realli enjoy the feel n lyrics of the song. tink i can slp well after listening to the song =D

a story without an ending ...

lets jus get straight to the point here. apparently i was being dropped from performing in an item for the performance i was involved in. in other words, im not performing alrdy. of coz its bad news to me. the truth is always cruel. its jus how tings work.

it was just not my turn yet. for me, of coz i feel abit sad. but the ting dat bothers me most is dat i cnnt perform for ppl hu wanted to c me perform. i felt so sry towards dem. its like dey were supposed to be coming to c me perform. n now i hav to break the news to dem dat i carn perform for dem. can u all understand the dilemma im in?

on the brighter side, im gona be more free after tis incident, which is half gud n bad. in the meantime, i shld work on my techniques etc. gona take the initiative to look up a couple of frens oso. i mus sae i realli enjoyed the process of all the practices n lotsa thanks to those hu had guided me along all tis while.

todae shot a video in skl. anyting shld be considered fun as long as we dun nid to do presentations. hees =D

we were told to shoot a video for either the visually-impaired or the hearing-impaired. the video(for hearing-impaired) or voice recording(for visually-impaired) shld be used to tell the disabled a moral or teach dem smth. but apparently my team didn fulfil either of the requirements. its ok wif me though. we only wanted to shoot a nice video n hav fun in the process. n it turned out dat the feedbak regarding our video was not 2 bad! it was a horror video though. anyone hu wans to c the video can find it at facebook once i uploaded tmr.

jus now somebody asked me. how come i always like seem so happie de. actually, i tend to look more on the bright side. of coz got unhappie moments lar, but it doesn bother me for 2 long. after some time i wuld not tink abt it alrdy. for me, i wuld not waste my energy to tink of the unhappie tings. its jus not worth it =)

whoots, did some dancing jus now. but the floor in my living room 2 much friction liao. not suitable to do some moves. lol. n the ting dats been disturbing me since ytd is the pain at my right shoulder joint. i tink i did not warm up enuf b4 dancing so i tink i somehow overused the muscle around the joint. hope it recovers by the next few daes.

ytd danced till 9.30pm den called it a dae. but it was worthwhile coz at least everyting turned out to be better compared to the previous few times we rehearsed. all thanks to the seniors hu has been guiding us all the time. recently jus saw a quote frm one of my fren's msn personal msg. it says, 'we dance and train so many times a week, all for that few minutes on stage'. my heart stirred when i saw dat i swear.

in the process of all tis dancing, dere r some tings dat i cnnt do, go out wif frens n doing the tings dat i like. sometimes its jus so contradicting. sometimes in class oso damn tired coz i always reach home at nite around 11 to 12. my parents dun even c me dat much as much as my frens in skl, how sad is dat.

ytd in class one of my classmates commented dat the way i present was not enthu enuf. i agree wif him lar, no hard feelings towards him. coz im quite tired frm all the dance tingy in skl. the next dae i go class oso not much energy for me to stay awake. but i'll try my best to make myself involved wif the class.

i guess i will not work for tis couple of months to focus on my dance performance on the 11th of november in skl. realli wan to perform well for tis show as its the 1st major performance where tickets r sold. although its happening in skl. at least i wan to dance for my frens to c.

wahs. tis 2 daes stay in skl until damn late man. sian. how come my lifestyle is like so packed. im jus looking forward to the wkends so dat i can hav a gud slp at home, n i alrdy plan to spend the day at home practising some dance. hope i realli do it n not slack in the end.

shall find smth to do either for one of the daes tis wkends. seriously cnnt stand the routine dats happening in my life rite now.

ok. todae did a module called DIGITAL MEDIA ARTS. we were told to take 2 fotographs, 1 happy n 1 gloomy,using a DSLR camera. tis was not the first time i use a DSLR camera though. however todae i learned how to manipulate some of the impt functions to capture a perfect picture.

below r the respective 2 pictures i taken. n the 2 models r my grpmates. haha.

the above picture was taken wif special settings. it was adjusted by my grpmate but i didn noe. turn out the effect was gud =)

tis one not bad either, but the focus not enuf i tink.

bak to skl todae. everyone in class so quiet. tink everyone still not used to the new class yet.

but the class ppl quite cool, some hav great ambitions. tattoo artist, art director, fashion designer etc. i admire dem for their great ambitions.

im so quiet in class todae, since a long time i hav been like tis. not my usual self. i dun even noe how to tok in class, dun feel like toking oso. everyting is jus not the same as the old times. lol. but i believe tings will be better.

todae went to sing K at katong shopping centre. it was quite cheap eh, compared to k box or party world. i paid onli $9(total 5 ppl) n can sing frm 1pm to 7pm. the ting is dey count by per room rather by per head.

after dat head to esplanade outdoor theatre to catch my fren's performance. dey were playing all the old songs n dere were so many senior citizens watching n im like the youngster dere. haha, so out of place.

after dat head dwn to workplace at clarke quay coz it was their last dae dere. after dat dey moving alrdy. so jus sit dwn slacked n tok.

tmr going to shop agn! haha. at nite shld be going to watch the toni & guy hairshow at boat quay.

finally went shopping todae at ION. i finally went into etude hse, inside look quite nice.
bought a t-shirt n a 3-quarter pants. stil got a couple more tings to buy b4 i stop. after dat was supposed to go to skl but didn in the end. at nite went for pool at toa payoh. it was fun coz played continuously for 2 hrs plus =)

skl gona start in 2 daes time. nth much to sae. jus hope the new semester is better than ever =D

what a day i had

I WENT TO TRY THE BUNGY JUMP AT CLARKE QUAY!!!! HAHA!!!!

it was thrilling i wuld say? at the start u wuld jus be kept on being thrown bak n fourth. everyting finished in less than 5 mins i wuld say. so, its jus a matter of do it or not. lol. i was being dragged to plae by colleagues coz dey wanted to try it. at first i was like, 'how come im in tis man?!' haha. after dat i was like, 'aiya, anyting lar!'

actually alot of other tings happened todae, but i tink i shall left it unsaid. dats all ...

hmms. i duno wad to blog abt, so jus gona leave a few msgs.

skl's gona start next wk ppl! haha. so fast rites. skl start or dun start oso doesn matter to me lar. coz i hav been going to skl for dance almost everydae tis holidae, so im neutral. LOL.

gona use a dae tis wk to do some shopping b4 skl reopens, if not no clothes to wear. haha. gona list dwn the top few tings im buying, coz gona save up put some salary into my bank account. since i carn do a getaway tis holiday, i shall do it the next one. grant me my wish man ...

my body clock is like totally spoiled alrdy. lol. hav been slping close to 5am the past 3 daes. like dat how to wake up when skl reopens?! c how lar. jus nid some time to adapt bak to the old body clock.

jus now went to caught FAME after dance session in skl. it was not 2 bad for me. its not dat type of movie dat has some WOW factor. but it has a certain appeal in it. some ppl may find it boring lar. it jus depends how u view the movie. i saw a name which sort of surprised me in the credits after the show.
